The accomplished IPD team successfully set up the MEP engineering design for a captivating 7,600-square-foot culinary haven situated in the vibrant cityscape of West Palm Beach, Florida. This visionary establishment, a manifestation of culinary artistry, boasts a comprehensive array of features including a modern full-service kitchen, a captivating bar, and an inviting indoor-outdoor dining fusion.

The mechanical design fits many different elements of this project. This included the designing of the kitchen exhaust system, and makeup air system, and the selection and sizing of key components such as the Roof Top Unit (RTU), Make-Up Air Handling Unit (MAU), and exhaust fan.
The electrical design, simplified layout of lighting to create an ambiance, and a fire alarm system to ensure safety. The selection and sizing of a generator were carefully planned to guarantee seamless operations even in challenging situations.
On the plumbing front designing and calculating roughing schedules as per plumbing code and standards, a domestic cold and hot water system, standardized design of soft water system, and the sewer and grease drain system to ensure optimal functionality.
