• The mechanical team organized a seamless multizone HVAC system, skillfully merging RTUs to ensure optimal climate control. Ventilation, accurately aligned with the local State mechanical code standards, guarantees a fresh and inviting ambiance. A masterful exhaust hood was systematically designed, coordinating with the kitchen’s dynamic demands.
• The plumbing includes ideally redesigning existing domestic and sanitary routing. Thoughtful selection of a new water heater and a recirculation pump ensures uninterrupted water flow and energy efficiency.
