IPD’s rigorous approach brought to life an excellent integrated design, circumscribing extensive mechanical and plumbing solutions for a 12,600 sq. ft public church in Seattle, WA fostering an environment that embodies both purpose and serenity.

The mechanical team perfectly crafted the ventilation system by the International Mechanical Code-2021. Furthermore, the engineers employed Mitsubishi DBS software for the selection and sizing of the VRF heat pump, showcasing their technical precision.

The plumbing team skillfully designed domestic water systems and sanitary waste solutions, including equipment selection like water heaters and recirculation pumps, all by the Uniform Plumbing Code-2021.

Amid the project, addressing challenges involved accurately depicting MEP installation zones in room layouts, ceiling heights, and void and riser locations.
